ABOUT ROBERT

Robert has always been a wild child. From jumping off his crib as a baby, to jumping off his roof as a teen, Robert has always enjoyed challenges and adventure.

He attended Granada Hills Charter High School for 4 years. There, he participated in sports including cross country, track and field, and even Cheerleading. He also excelled in his hobbies which were gymnastics and free running.

His love for bodybuilding started the very second he picked up his first weight. Once he started lifting in middle school at the age of 13, he was hooked for life. He knew that this is what he wanted to do.  Although he lifted throughout his middle and high school  years, it was not his main focus yet, he still had a great body due to his genetics. During his senior year of high school, at the age of 17,  he decided to enter his first bodybuilding competition. He only dieted for 8 weeks and took first place at Lonnie Teper's show , the "Iron Man Magazine Naturally competition" in 2012. Since then, he has competed nine more times. He took 1st place at the 2014 Teen Nationals (Middleweight) and  he placed top 10 in his first National level competition.

He has been trained by IFBB Pro's such as Stan McQuay, Branden Ray, Shawn Rhoden, and former 1983 Mr.Olympia Samir Bannout. He has even worked with coaches Matt Jansen and Chris “The Technician” Aceto. He is currently working with Stan McQuay and Dave Kalick for his 2024 Contest Season.

Robert broke his patellar tendon on his right leg in 2021, and ever since then he has been on his road to recovery building his strength back up to where it used to be. It has been rough because he lost all of his size he has gained over the years and having to rebuild his body from scratch was really hard. It took about 2 whole years for his right leg to recover to the point where he could work out legs hard again.

With the professional guidance and instruction combined with Robert's discipline and persistence, Robert is now on  his journey to get his IFBB Pro Card. He is currently preparing for the the USA's in 2024 and planning on coming back as a heavyweight.
